STEP 1: Get ready your abstract & authors’ details
Please get ready the following:
- abstract title,
- first name, last name of all authors
- institutional affiliations of all authors
- email accounts of all authors
- text-only abstract (up to 250 words)
Please prepare the abstract in TEXT only, with a maximum of 250 words. This can later be copied & pasted from your text document onto the online submission form. Please do NOT include images/ tables in your text submission.
The system will auto-format the data entered into a prescribed format, as such no abstract template is needed.
STEP 2: Create an online account
Create an online account by clicking on the “Submit Abstract” button below.
You will be brought to the online submission system sign-in page, where you can sign up for an online account to submit your abstract.
This will be the same account you can use to register and make payment for the conference later.
STEP 3: Login to account
After your online account is created, you may proceed with the submission of your abstract(s).
On the overview page, select the presentation type (oral, poster) you wish to participate and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your abstract(s).
After submission, you will receive an auto-generated email with details of your abstract submission. You may still login to edit your abstract until the submission closes or before it is assigned for review (whichever occurs first).
Please keep a copy of the email for reference and to faciliate future correspondence with the secretariat.
